With the weather finally (or at least mostly) warming up, I felt really inspired to dress more ~*Spring*~ and decided to find something that really showed how happy I was feeling with the weather shifting. I decided to bust out my yellow blouse, fruit rings and my new sunnies from GlassesShop, where they sell prescription eyeglasses, glasses, and prescription sunglasses!
I felt like the whole look was exactly what I was intending with channeling my inner Spring vibez*~

This is another look from Fashion to Figure that I was supposed to wear in Hong Kong (and sadly couldn't) and had to wait till the weather was warmer to wear here. I've been under the "royal blues" for the past little while and I'm trying my best to feel like a ~*human*~ again and decided to dress up and go for a stroll (although I swapped out the heels for running shoes). I love the circle midi skirt (sold out, other colors available here) and since it's in royal blue, I decided it was perfect for how I was feeling. I paired it with the geometric mesh top (sold out, available in white here), heels, a vintage bow necklace, and my adorable telephone clutch!
Fashion to Figure was kind enough to send me a box filled with some cute pieces for my trip to Hong Kong, sadly, the box arrived after I had already left. :'( The weather here in Toronto and back in Hong Kong are totally different so although the pieces would have been perfect for my trip, I had to wait a few weeks for the snow to stop falling. I'm soooo thankful the weather is finally starting to feel like Spring! It's definitely not as warm as Hong Kong (regularly 22-30 degrees while I was there) but it's a blessing after the longstanding winter we just had.
This paint splatter dress (similar here) actually sold out before the dress even got to me! I paired it with a vintage faux fur jacket, white boots and my fave sunnies! It was the perfect look for strolling through the gardens!

I can't even begin to express my loveee for my new YRU Qozmo Low Key sneakers that came in a couple of weeks ago!!! I've been wearing them all the time and I came up with quite a few looks and decided on pairing them with a Mesh Skirt (old, similar here) and my cropped sweater from 1950 Collective (old, similar here and here) to create a cool tennis court vibez all white look while I go searchin 4 booty *insert emojis here*.
I spent the past few weeks doing some major (as well as much needed) house cleaning/organizing and was seriously surprised by all the things I found. One of them being a package from 1950 Collective a company by rad duo Angela and Nishiki! The best part of 1950 Collective, aside from the clothes (which come in s-4x), of course, is 10% of profits are donated to women empowerment organizations! Inside was this Iridescent Running Through The Six Crop (sold out but similar styles here, here, here and here) which was perfect since I love Toronto, it's my home. As much as I love exploring new places I always tend to miss home within a few days. I loathe the Winter and the cold but, I don't think I'll ever really be able to leave.
For those of you who don't know, I love all things ~*kawaii*~!!! That's why I was beyond stoked when Doki Doki by Japan Crate sent me a box filled with goodies! Doki Doki is a monthly supply box for all things kawaii! The box is $30 USD (including free shipping within the US otherwise an extra $10-$15 for international orders) and includes 8-10 items. I had seen that the previous month's box had a ton of cute Sailor Moon things and was hopeful that I'd get something equally as cool (spoiler alert: I didn't). The box comes with a cute little manga style flip comic that tells you what you received in your box. March was Foodie Fun themed and I think that everything inside was pretty on brand with the theme. I'm definitely going to be making a kawaii bento box lunch sometime very soon!
Bento Box Food Cups, Space Food Picks and Condiment Squeeze Bottles - all perfect for kawaii bento box lunches!!!
Disposable Bento Boxes
Mini Doughnut and Paw Squishies
Curry Plates Re-Ment
kawaii stickers totally thought the egg ones were gudatema at first glance haha
Overall, the box wasn't awful, I didn't love everything but I do think that everything was well thought vs a random box of just cute things. I don't think I'd spend $45 USD a month on it but, if you live in the US (free shipping, making the box only $30USD/month) or love all things kawaii(and often find most things overpriced anyways) I would definitely recommend trying it out!
